Just a few observations right off the bat:
- #ARTIST should be Dekko DePony
- A BPM of 260 is about as minimal as you can get away with. If you want to start over again from scratch - which at this point might not be a bad idea -, you might want something more like 360-400.
- You need to break words up into syllables, and quite a few even beyond that.
- Know Your Meme and Canternet should be in caps, since it's the name of the websites.
- MLP FIM is spoken in full (My Little Pony - Friendship Is Magic), and should be written as such.
- Spoken lines need to be faded out.
- It's "What a blessing it has been", "It's, it's something incredible" and "And that blue wonder, Dashie three".
- The last two spoken words (... thank you enough) share a note.

I haven't checked timing and pitches yet, because quite frankly, until at least the syllables are taken care of, there's little point. At a quick glance at the first line, though, the pitches seem pretty far off. And with a #GAP of 0, the song can't possibly start at beat #155.

As this is the first song I'm working on, I have a question:
- How can I determine the correct BPM? I tried tapping but that gave 260, which is to low.

A BPM of 3-400 is ideal, but if you simply double the count until it's high enough you can go as high as 550. As a rule of thumb, the shortest notes should still be at least 2 beats long and, if at all possible, there should always be a 1 beat pause between notes.
BPM in Ultrastar isn't an exact science, more like going with what works.

Much better. The pitching is good, for the most part, you just need to work on the positioning: Notes should always be exactly as long as the syllable you're supposed to sing. In the USDX editor, press P to hear the note as played in the original track, and press [CTRL] or [ALT]+left/right to adjust the note length.
You can fade out notes by selecting them and pressing F. You should extend those to fit the words, too. It doesn't change anything for the gameplay, it just looks better on the text crawl. You can also add Golden Notes by pressing G.
And please, remove punctuation at the end of lines.
Now some in-detail obsevations:
- The song starts a few beats too late. You need to adjust the gap (9 and 0 on the main keyboard area, not the Numpad) to not get a negative starting note, but you have to re-adjust all other notes. Since you'll want to do that anyway, you should start out with that.
- At 245, "believe" should have an extra note.
- At 666, the second "see" note should be at pitch -1.
- Know Your Meme and Canternet should be capitalized.
- Since we're using American spelling, 2026 should be "realizing". And it should be four notes (re-a-li-zing). If you are really perfectionist, you can add some extra notes for the flourish in "began", in the same line. There are some other lines with such extra detail.
- The word "Bronies" at 3140 could use an extra note. The "o" becomes deep before the "-nies".
- In the line starting at 3744, all notes at pitch 3 (D#) should be 2 (D), and the one at 2 should be 1 (C#). Also, you should break that line after the first "peace of mind". It looks better, and it's always hard to judge how long a gap is in Ultrastar.
- You should break up the lines in the spoken section, too. Rule of thumb: if the text goes outside the border in the editor, the line is too long.
- At 4131 the colon is unnessessary.
- At 4503, it should be either a period, or a linebreak.
- At 4525 and the one after, it should be "it's".

This didnt work for me.. I had too listen to the song with Window Media Player.
The Piano-sound did work though. This the reason I could not place the notes on the correct beats. The rythem is just my tapping in the Ultrastar Creator.

That's interesting. For me, the piano sound wouldn't play because the MIDI portion in my Windows audio mixer was turned down. You should check that, maybe there's an output channel that's silenced/muted on your PC.
