I saw the episode again today and was curious as to why I wasn't singing the song yet.
I even double-checked to make sure I did the audio for it.

Quick question, do you guys actually like text in the backgrounds of the graphics? Because I have the graphics set in my queue right now and might work on it tomorrow.

I think the majority opinion is that text in any video or graphic can distract from the lyrics being displayed.  Especially if it's at the bottom of the screen.

Also keep in mind that edges can easily get cropped by the program if the screen resolution isn't 'just right'.

I'd like to point out that with multiple players, the notes take up the whole screen height. I can imagine it might be distracting having words behind them, so rather no text in the upper part of the background either.

(By the way, USDX crops videos and stretches backgrounds. Of course, other programs might work differently.)

I have a few non-pony songs that have text pop-ins that can be distracting, but I wonder: why bring it up in this song?  We already have the artwork.
