MLK won't open?

Whenever I click on the app, it opens and then closes immediately. What should I do?

Have you copied the UltraStarDX application into the default Mac OS X application folder ? (/Applications )
Have you run the Theme and Songs install ?

Yes, and I tried re-downloaded it and doing it again.

What the version of Mac OS X do you use, you need at least 10.5.8.

Try to install it manually using those instruction :

1.Delete actual application from the Applications folder,
2.Reboot
3.Mount MLK_SIM2.iso
4.Mount the Mac DMG
5.Copy the application to your Applications folder (
(just to be sure you start from a good setup)
6.launch the terminal
7.type : "open ~/Library/Application\ Support/
8. it open a finder windows, there probably an ultrastardeluxe folder in it, delete it !
9. back to the terminal, type : "open /Applications/UltraStarDeluxe.app/Contents"
10. You see a new Finder window, copy the folder themes and the folder songs from the DVD (the MLK_SIM2 iso, not the DMG, not the app) in it
11. Close everything and it should work !

I did as it said and it still won't work.

In that case, you could try performous with our songs pack : http://performous.org/ , I'll invite you to reinstall OS X someday, as you may have something broken in your operating system. (It should work, it worked for a tons of people, so if the download isnt corrupt, it has to work)

PS : Read the doc on their site, because we're unable to help with performous.
