Online launcher dont working on Windows 10

When I run the launcher , there is such an error:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file"
My os is Win 10 Pro x64.I ran launcher as administrator in compatibility mode for windows 7.
Help pls.I do not know what to do
I dont have a antivirus

Did you previously install MyLittleKaraoke to for example a USB Flash drive? If yes, just plug in another one, open the WebInstall and select the installation path which you would like to use.
If that doesn't fix the problem, make sure that your Users Downloads folder exists. The Registry Key which contains the install path which is currently causing your problems can be reset using https://mylittlekaraoke.com/store/Extras/MyLittleKaraoke%20Beta%20Fix.exe
