Strange Sparkle Glitch

Okay, this is probably nothing, but I was singing Pegasus Factory (a song I made from scratch) and I noticed on one of the lines, I'm not even sure if I got a perfect on that line, it sparkled... sideways...

I didn't think much of it, and tried the song again but it happened again...

This time I'm sure I didn't even get a perfect on it, so it's doing this all on its own...

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Alright, I could try to ignore it, but I've gotten some reactions out of it that hindered my score (jumpscares, confusion, laughter, etc.)

That still doesn't explain why it only happens to Pegasus Factory... ???

I got a new graphics card and it's still happening, so it's unlikely it's just a graphical glitch. And you can use whatever cover and background you want for it. Doesn't really matter. But I used this for the background:

Update: It's also happening on Faster Than You Know during the final chorus. It's more unnoticeable there considering the background, but it's still there.
