Tested it, one of the lyrics is incorrect. "Uncurl" should be "Unfurl"
Which occurrence ? "Uncurl" appears three times in the song, and I hear the "c" each time (also on Slyphstorm's cover).

You'd be surprised how often there are mistakes in the lyrics given by artists. Anything from missing words to additional lines, really.
Anyways, I'd lean towards "unfurl". It's hard to hear, because the singer's accent has a nearly silent "f" throughout the song. (And frankly, I can't stand that voice.)
By the way, "plans unfurl" is a much more common expression than "plans uncurl".
SlyphStorm's cover definitely uses "unfurl", though. (And frankly, it has a much nicer voice.)
Changed all "uncurl" occurences to "unfurl".
